How is Commerce Native AI different from Personalization?
Personalization tailors the experience to each shopper based on their behavior — it is a proven capability and remains available as it is today.
Commerce Native AI is a new intelligence layer that optimizes for business outcomes rather than relevance alone: it combines shopper intent with your catalog, merchandising strategy, inventory levels and active promotions, and ranks toward the goals you set. The two work together; Commerce Native AI does not replace behavioral personalization.
Is onboarding included in Enterprise plans?
Yes. Enterprise onboarding includes planning & timeline alignment, guided setup & integration, search and merchandising configuration, QA before go-live, and live training sessions.
What support level comes with Enterprise?
Priority support with a dedicated Customer Success Manager and phone/email coverage.
Do you provide SLAs?
Yes. Enterprise plans include SLA-backed uptime commitments.
Do you support multiple stores and environments?
Yes. Enterprise supports multi-store setups and Dev/Stage/Prod environments with access controls.
Which platforms support Managed Collections?
Managed Collections is available on Shopify. It generates and maintains native Shopify collections, keeping their membership up to date automatically, with merchant-selectable ranking strategies and nested scopes. Landing Pages remains available on all supported platforms.
Is Conversational Search part of the Shopper Agent?
Conversational Search lets shoppers search in natural language and is available on Enterprise. The Shopper Agent is the broader conversational experience, including catalog and shopper context, guardrails and its own analytics.
How do you handle security and compliance?
Fast Simon is SOC 2 certified, and supports GDPR, CCPA, and ADA compliance. A DPA is available on request.
Can you support phased rollouts?
Yes. We can run pilots or phased launches to reduce risk and validate outcomes.
How is implementation pricing structured?
Fast Simon implementation pricing is based on the level of involvement from our implementation team, vis-a-vis your dev agency or inhouse team.
