Casely is a Brooklyn-based tech accessory brand founded in 2017 by siblings, Mark and Emily Stallings. Known for protective, design-forward phone cases and tech accessories, Casely drops new collections monthly and has partnered with artists around the world and iconic brands like The Beatles, Pepsi, Grateful Dead, and The Met. Casely also makes a difference through its Every Case Counts initiative, donating 5% of net sales from every purchase to a designated charity of the month.

Prior to Fast Simon, Casely had to manually select related products for cross-sell sections on PDPs, which wasn’t easily maintainable and was much less data-driven. AI Cross-Sell widgets have allowed Casely to display products that customers want to see based on the product & their behavior – minimizing work on their end to practically nothing.
With so many different phone models & case types living on a single product – Casely wanted a solution that could help them display the correct variant data to the customer as they are shopping on collection pages. Prior to Fast Simon, they deployed a custom-coded solution that was slow & unreliable. Fast Simon’s development team helped build an extensive and complex variant-optimized filter experience and added add-to-cart functionality directly to collection pages that parallels the experience on product pages.
Fast Simon’s merchandising & personalization shows customers case designs that are tailored specifically to them & their shopping behavior with the AI sorting solution, as well as manually managing products displayed based on seasonal needs on a broad scale through merchandising rules. For example, all of the Christmas & Holiday designs could be prioritized due to high volume of sales & engagement in Q4 but after December 25th, these products could be buried across the board with just one click.
