Develop and maintain great customer relationships and ultimate customer satisfaction.
Provide customer support from technical issues, through customization, onboarding, to feature requests.
Conduct customer analysis – abandonment, behavior, segmentation, trends, churn and more.


  • Service orientation & active listening – actively looking for ways to help our customers.
  • Good knowledge of HTML and web technology – be able to isolate web pages using console or firebug.
  • Excellent English skills
  • Excellent organization, project, and time management skills
  • Previous experience, especially in Internet companies is an advantage.
